In case we didn’t let you know in advance about any specific procedure, you just need to leave closing the door behind you. Please note that if you have been provided with any access token or parking card, you must leave them in the table of your apartment, in case you take them with you we will need to charge a compensation fee in your card.
It may be that we have a special agreement with your company, or simply a special agreement with you according the type of your stay. In that case there is a special check-out process to observe, don’t worry, we will fully inform you in time.
You will find an informational picture at the entrance of your apartment. Among other information, it contains the user name and password. In case you can’t find it, or if it doesn’t work properly, please contact us!
Our general policy is to clean the apartments every two days, being the towels replaced every cleaning and the bed linen every second cleaning.
Please note this may vary according the length of your stay or according the agreement with your company.
