BEFORE ARRIVAL
All our apartments are located in the same building.
We do not have reception desk on the spot.
A guest relation center is available every day from 10:00 h until 01:00 h. We love attending our clients and meeting them in person, in case you need us we will be there for you. Just please consider that there is an estimated time of 30-40 minutes for us to arrive.

Check-in, payment and invoicing is completely contactless and paperless.
Our staff will get in touch with you 3 days before your arrival. All necessary information and instructions will be sent in an e-mail.
You will be provided with the exact address, the opening codes for the entrance door of the building and the apartment, as well as the instructions for parking access, in case you have booked a parking place.
You will be provided with an online check-in form, which can be easily filled out on a computer, tablet or smartphone. Please note that it has to be filled out prior arrival.
Payment is only possible online. We only accept bank card and bank transfer payments. Cash payments are not available. If you would like to pay with bank transfer, please contact us.
An official invoice will be sent to your email address after every transaction. We can prepare the invoice on your company name, just please fill out the information on the correspondent place. Please note that in case the payment is done through a travel agency, they should be providing you with the invoice.
Every stay has to be warranted with a credit card or a bank deposit. A 100 EUR security deposit is blocked into the given credit card, which will be refund after check-out, once our staff can check the apartment. In case of several apartments, longer stays or subject to management decision, the warranty amount may be higher, if that is the case you will fully informed on the moment of making your reservation.
